Through this service, users can get journal articles or book chapters not owned by the Library or by other libraries in Rome.
Requests can be submitted:
- by filling out the online form for journal articles (in Italian)
- by filling out the online form for papers and book chapters (in Italian)
- in person in the Electronic Resources Room

Who can use the service?
This service is provided for LUISS faculty, LUISS graduate and postgraduate students, international students, current members of the LUISS Library, and current members of the LUISS Alumni Network.
What can be requested?
Journal articles or book chapters not owned by the Library or by other libraries in Rome.
Due to inconveniences caused by the library renovation, Document Delivery service has been reinforced and extended to include materials available in Rome's libraries.
How many documents can be requested at a time?
To guarantee an efficient service, we ask users to make no more than 10 requests per week or 5 per day.
How much does the service cost?
If the document requested is available at one of our partner libraries, the service is free of charge. Otherwise, the cost is usually no more than 6 Euro. We will let you know prior to placing your request.
How long does it take to receive the books?
Approximately 6/7 working days but the wait time depends on the library that receives the request. The LUISS Library handles your request within 2 business days.
