Starting from May 11th, the Library will reopen the in-person services with new procedures pursuant to the provisions related to the Covid-19 emergency containment (Instructions and tips: Accessing Luiss Campuses).
Authorized users (students, faculty, and phd) will be allowed to remain in the Library from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. During the weekend the premises will be closed to allow the sanitizing of the spaces.
During the Summer Break on August 10-23, the Library will suspend all services.
The following in-presence services will be available:
- Book returns - will be possible exclusively through the self-check station located in the Political Science Room or by shipping (service available for all user groups).
- Book loans - before going to the Library users are obliged to send a request by filling the online form. The books can be withdrawn on the following business day from 10:30am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 5:30pm at the Periodicals Room desk.
- Studying in the Library - the entrance will be allowed on a first-come first-served basis exclusively for individual studying activity in accordance with signposting about frontal seating (54 chairs, 3 computer stations, and 2 Bloomberg terminals by appointment only), located in the Library.
Users cannot have direct access to any items located in the rooms. The circulation of any materials located in the Remote storage will be temporarily suspended.
