Library Evaluation 2022

The 23rd campaign to evaluate the quality of the Library took place from Nov 17 to Dec 12 2022.

The survey reached the final vote of 8.8 on a scale from 1 to 10 (+1% compared to 2021).

  • Target: actual users of the Library;
  • Data collection methods: electronic questionnaire in the form of an anonymous self-interview completed in presence and remotely;
  • The sample reached for 2022: 22% of users who passed through the Library during the collection period.

The summary satisfaction index is 85 on a scale from 1 to 100 (+10% compared to 2021).
