Studying in the Library

The Library is open daily from 8:30am to 9:00pm. During the stay on the premises, it is recommended to use a mask.

To reserve a seat, students can access the EasyAcademy system (user guide) also through the Luiss App. 

Access to Resources 

Main Library and Departmental collections: free access to the items Mon-Fri 9:00am-8:45pm with availability of the self-service digital reproduction and/or the self-check station.

To use the self-check station, users must have the Luiss badge or the fiscal code and the PIN number. Patrons without the PIN can request it by sending an e-mail at biblioteca@luiss.it Mon-Fri from 9:30am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 5:30pm.

Databases: users can book a terminal to access databases from Monday to Friday 9:00am-8:45pm. To reserve a seat, please visit the EasyAcademy calendar (user guide) or use the Luiss App.

Self Loans

The service is available from Monday to Friday 9:00am-8:45pm.

Self Returns 

All Library loans can be returned as follows: using the self-check station (next to the refreshments area), accessing the Return boxes located in viale Romania or via Parenzo campus (except for holded books), or shipping.

The service is available on Monday-Sunday from 8:30am to 8:45pm. 

Self Digital Reproductions 

The service is available from Monday to Friday 9:00am-8:45pm.

Support services (accessible in-person and remotely)

Librarians' assistance is provided from Monday to Friday 8:30am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-6:00pm.
