The Database of China Trial Case is a comprehensive legal application case platform that integrates case retrieval, reading, application, research and submission.
It is based on a series of cases in a the large-scale trial case series named "China Trial Cases", which contains novel, difficult, typical, important trail cases selected by judges at all levels across the country for more than 20 years. Meanwhile, it includes the guidance cases, typical cases, bulletin cases, etc., which are issued by the Supreme Court and the highest inspection.
This database is centered on cases, and it establishes connections among cases, regulations, courts, judges, lawyers and other data to provide real and rich reference materials and professional knowledge services for judicial workers, legal teaching and scientific research personnel.
