The Ask a Librarian service will be suspended from December 16 to January 6 inclusive.
The library provides an online reference for:
- bibliographical information (quotations, basic bibliographies)
- methodological information (search strategies, available resources)
- factual information (location of books and journals, access to other libraries)
Note that the service does not include questions about the library collections. A reply is guaranteed within five working days.
Who can use the service?
The service is provided for Luiss Faculty, Luiss graduate and postgraduate students, Luiss international students, Luiss Library associates and members of Luiss Alumni Association.
How many questions can be sent?
You can send 3 questions per month but no more than 2 per week.
How long does it take to receive a reply?
A reply will be sent by email within five business days. More advanced requests may take longer to answer.
How do I send you a question?
Use the online form to send your request. Make your question as detailed as possible, and include information on search tools and bibliographic resources already used.
