The request for items from External stock will be suspended from December 11 to January 2. The circulation will be available starting from January 9.
Periodicals are available on open shelves in alphabetical order.
Monographs are ordered by subject according with Decimal Dewey Classification and available on open shelves. To access Textbooks and Reserved Collections (Fondo Ungari, Fondo Bachelet, Fondo Pujia), users need to ask at the circulation desk for daily loan.
In the Economics, Law and Political Science Room, new acquisitions are available on open shelves ordered by Dewey Decimal Classification.
Books with shelflist as O, from 1 to 21277, from U1 to U78999 and shelflist G periodicals are stored at Viale Gottardo stock.
Items can be withdrawn at the Main Library desk with the following delivery schedule:
- Tuesdays for items requested online from Wednesday to Sunday
- Thursdays for items requested online on Monday and Tuesday
Users can request up to 5 monographs and 3 periodicals per week and pick up the items within 7 days from the date of availability.
Users failed to withdraw requested items will be barred from the service for 30 opening days.
Users can scan documents as long as it is permitted by current copyright law and where it does not affect the preservation of the documents. For this purpose, the Library is equipped with eleven self-service scanners.
