Users can ask for journal articles or book chapters not owned by the Library or by other libraries in Rome.
Requests can be submitted:
- by filling out the online form for journal articles
- by filling out the online form for papers and book chapters
- in person at the Library Periodicals Room
Who can use the service?
The service is provided for Luiss Faculty, Luiss graduate and postgraduate students, Luiss international students, Luiss Library associates, and members of the Luiss Alumni Association.
What can be requested?
Journal articles or book chapters not owned by the Library or by other libraries in Rome.
How many documents can be requested at a time?
To guarantee an efficient service, we ask users not to send more than 10 requests per week or 5 per day.
How much does the service cost?
The service is free of charge as long as we can forward your request to one of our partner libraries. Otherwise, the cost is usually no more than 6 Euro. It is our priority to inform you before placing the request.
How long does it take to receive the documents?
Approximately 6/7 working days depending on the library that receives the request. The Luiss Library handles your request within 2 business days.
