Access to the Library's facilities and privileges is exclusively reserved for the following members of the Luiss Community:
- Students, Faculty, PhD Students, Staff
- Luiss Alumni Network (access rules: Accesses and Services)

Library Members
Membership is reserved to users who are no longer students or faculty members of the University and is available upon payment of a registration fee.

Research Fellows
Access to the Library is granted for Research Fellows who have temporary work relationships with Luiss Departments and Research Centers, upon presentation of a letter (Malleveria in Italian) requesting admission and specyfing the duration of the work period. The letter must be signed by the Dean of the Department or Research Center with which they collaborate.
Appointment (external users)
Students from other universities, or individuals who are not university students but need to access the library for research purposes, may only access printed materials that are not available in other libraries in Rome.
Access is by appointment only, which can be arranged by sending an e-mail to biblioteca@luiss.it.
