How to access Perlego

Perlego can be accessed through OpenAthens. This guide shows you the simple steps for authentication.

First-time access
 
Step 1: Click on "Sign up to read" in the top right corner and enter your Luiss email address:

Step 2: Accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, then click on Create your account

Step 3: Enter your institutional account in OpenAthens by selecting the first option, “Luiss Active Directory”

Open Perlego  and log in with 2-step authentication.

How to reactivate a revoked license

If you're inactive for a long time, your Perlego license will be revoked. When you try to log in, you'll see an alert message on a red background that reads: “You no longer have access to your Perlego subscription.” 

Email biblioteca@luiss.it to request reactivation.

How to delete an existing Perlego account

If you already have a Perlego account that was created incorrectly, you must delete it before registering again.

  • Log in to Perlego with the email address you used.
  • Click on the profile icon → Settings.
  • Select Payment → Delete account.
  • Clear your browser's cache and history.

Then, sign up again by following the instructions in the “First-time login” section of this guide.
