How do renewals work?
Books that have not been recalled by other patrons can be renewed through the My Account section of the Discovery tool, in person, by phone (06.8522.5600), or via email (biblioteca@luiss.it).

The Library offers the Multimedia Room (located inside the Political Science Room) and the Group Work Room (in the Law Room building).

External users can access the Library by appointment to consult the physical collections owned exclusively by the Luiss Library.
Luiss alumni, and those who completed a master's degree program or a doctoral degree program at Luiss can request an annual Library membership. For more information, call 06.8522.5600. Alumni who are not Library members can access the Library's services and resources only on-site.

Self-service scanners are available in the Library for digital reproduction. The permitted limit is up to 25 scans per week for students and up to 50 scans per week for Faculty members. Documents can be reproduced in compliance with current copyright regulations and only when it does not affect their preservation.
Most items are available for borrowing, except for Course Reserves, Reference Works, and Periodicals. Before asking a book, please use the online Discovery to check its availability, call number, and circulation policy. To locate the item, click on the map to see its position on the shelf. You can ask the librarian for assistance or pick up the book directly from the shelf and use the self-check stations.
Visit the Journal Search to find information about periodicals and journals. Check the location and the available issues for picking up from the shelves, or access the online version when available. To orient yourself, click on the map to display the item's location on the shelf.
